What is the Difference Between a Precut Kit and a Universal Sheet?

A precut kit has been technologically engineered to match the shape/contour of your light or in the case of paint protection to match the surface area on your vehicle that the product will be installed on.

A universal kit is designed to go on any light and or surface area of the vehicle. Typically, one can expect to have to trim the film in order to get it to your liking. In the case of a product like our Universal Sheets, they are good to use on more difficult installations and also when we don't have a precut kit available. They are much more forgiving to work with as you don't have to align the edges of the film with the light.
